J-World Plastic(Shenzhen) Factory is an individual HK company, established in 2005, who own factory in BaoAn District Shenzhen China, factory area around 5000 square meters, have more than 80 skillful workers, with good environment and convenient transportation.
Since 2006, J-WORLD adopted 3 sets of advanced machine from oversea, we concentrated in design, development, production and Sales for the Fluted plastic containers, Plastic storage box and Thermoformed products, the production capacity is around 200T per month, Products are exported to worldwide, such as USA, Australia, Japan, SOUTH America & Europe. We have a well-know reputation in this international market, depends on our top design & quality & service.
Also know as fluted polypropylene, corrugated plastic was developed about twenty years ago, as an alternative to traditional reusable packaging materials such as injection molded plastic and plywood. It is made of blended PP copolymer, the thickness of board which can be produced from 2mm to 10mm and with maximum width 2000mm, the length according to customer requirements. Benefits of corrugated plastic include its light weight strength, durability, and the fact that is both chemical and water resistant. Additives are also available for static control and to reduce flammability. In the meantime, it can become any shape and colors as you wanted, easy to printing, saving your money and space.
